She has apparently lost her battle to avoid showing up in court, yet another time. Now, it is her driving license trial, despite her lawyer’s repeated protests. Britney was caught driving without a valid California state license and her lawyer wants the case to be closed with just a simple fine. Fair enough, since he claims that Spears is unable to actively participate in her own defense because of her father’s ongoing conservatorship. Whatever it is, ‘Poor Britney’ is all that I can say!
