Larry Birkhead is in the process of changing baby dannielynn’s birth certificate.

Birkhead, ex-boyfriend of late Anna Nicole Smith, was given the custody of seven-month-old Dannielynn by the court this month following a DNA test report confirming him as the child’s biological father.

The current birth certificate of the child mentions Howard K. Stern, Anna Nicole Smith’s lawyer and companion, as her father.

Birkhead said he is in the process of obtaining a passport for Dannielynn and to change her birth certificate to remove Stern’s name from it.

Birkhead is clearly delighted to have the custody of Dannielynn and hopes to arrive in the US with her baby pretty soon.
