Singer Boy George have managed to escape from the charges of drugs possession as he pleaded guilty and agreed to join rehabilitation at the earliest. He agreed wasting police time by reporting a false burglary at his place and has been fined with $1000 along with five days of community service.



During the trial in Manhattan Criminal Court he confessed that he called up the police at his apartment and reported that his apartment has been robbed. He has also been ordered to pay $160 for court cost.
