I am kind of surprised but have to admit that it’s surely a classy move by Brooke Shields. Reportedly she sent an emblematic olive branch in an arrangement of pink and yellow roses, along with a card to Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise.



The card reads:

At times like this, when you have so much to be thankful for, I would like to personally welcome your daughter Suri into the world, and congratulate you both.

Brooke and Tom are not on good terms after he criticized her for using antidepressants to fight off postpartum depression, but ironically Brooke and Tom’s would be wife Katie, delivered their babys on the same day, at the same hospital just a few hours apart.
