‘Lost’ star Daniel Dae Kim, who was busted last month for DUI pleads not guilty to a drunken driving charge Friday. Dae Kim, the fourth ‘Lost’ star pinned for DUI, did not appear in the courtroom with his legal representative.

Dae Kim’s lawyer said outside the courtroom, ‘He made an apology to the state, the people of Hawaii and his fans. He pleaded not guilty and requested a trial date.’

The other three ‘Lost’ stars busted for DUI are Michelle Rodriguez, Cynthia Watros and Adewale Akinnuoye Agbaje.
