Rocker Eminem, whose real name is Marshall Bruce Mathers III filed for divorce exactly 82 days later he remarried Kimberley Mathers. A private hearing for their divorce case was scheduled for Thursday. Kim is asking for a joint custody of their ten years old daughter, Hailie Jade Scott. She is also seeking attorney fees and spousal support from Eminem.
The meeting took place in presence of Court Referee David Elias and Court Refree Mark Mileski. Both Eminem and Kim were present with their lawyers at the courthouse. None of the attorney issued any kind of statement. 25 August has been declared as the deadline date for completion of deposits, pension evaluations and other matters. A settlement conference is scheduled for September 19.
