After Australia and Taiwan, it is the turn of the French Postal Service to be ’spell’bound! Starting this weekend, Harry Potter is all set to leave his stamp (literally!)on the French mail service La Poste.
The bespectacled schoolboy wizard would appear on stamps for domestic priority mail, while his friends Ron Weasley would appear on stamps for slow domestic mail, and Hermione Granger would appear on stamps for international mail.
Meanwhile, the seventh and final book in the series, ‘Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows‘, which narrates the story of Harry during his final year at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, will be hitting book stores the world over on July 21.
However, before Potter lovers can lay their hands on the final book, they will get to enjoy the movie adaptation of the fifth book ‘Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix’, which is set for release on July 13.
