GMTV host Kate Garraway who recently delivered a baby posed naked during her pregnancy which was to be published in OK! Magazine. She recreated the infamous pictures of Demi Moore published in Vanity Fair. But as GMTV is a family oriented show her bosses banned those pictures as they were not suitable. No choice and she had to agree with the decision as Boss is always right.
