Katy Perry is the cover girl for the August 2009 issue of Cosmopolitan magazine. And if you haven’t cracked it by now, let me confess that I’m actually excited about this issue. Katy has always been my favorite babe and Cosmopolitan is one magazine with a knack for bringing out the best even from the tightest of lips. Besides some cool poses, the issue features a candid interview by the perky singer, wherein she describes how she grabbed Hollywood by the balls.
