Former stripper and Playboy mate Anna Nicole Smith won a verdict yesterday from US Supreme Court. Now she has got another chance to gather more millions from her late husband’s property.



The justices unanimously turned over a US appeals court that Nicole was entitled to nothing just because the federal court doesn’t have the authority to hear claims that are also involved in state probate hearings. For further proceedings high court sent the case back to the federal court.



Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg said in his verdict that the appeals court was incorrect and the district court declared jurisdiction over her claims against his son.
