The Girls Aloud singer Nadine Coyle has dumped Desperate Housewives gardener Jesse Metcalfe after he was spotted canoodling with a mystery brunette at popular Los Angeles cafe Toast
Coyle was quoted saying,
It’s over between Jesse and me. I’m not the kind of girl to put up with nonsense like that. I’ll meet the right person when the time is right. I’m disappointed, but what can I do. There’s no point in hanging on when it gets to this stage.
What has hurt Coyle deeply is that she stood by Metcalfe during his month long rehab stint for ‘alcohol issues’ and after recovering he cheated on her.
LA-based Metcalfe and Irish singer Coyle were involved in a long-distance relationship since meeting in Australia in February 2006, when the band was touring Melbourne.
The couple had even spent time together on a romantic holiday to Hawaii in early March, where they happily posed for pictures and discussed their relationship with British magazine OK!.
