Nicole Richie, the adopted daughter of Lionel Richie, captured the imagination of all when she was co-participant to hotel heiress Paris Hilton in the television reality series, ‘The Simple Life’.
The TV show having crossed four series is in the production stages for the fifth, and having lived with several families and performed ‘real’ day-to-day tasks as part of the programme, Nicole, the actress-singer, must have experienced a different aspect of her personality being brought to the fore.
However, the Australian fans in particular might not be happy with her as she refused to oblige them when they approached for autograph at Sydney airport. She had arrived there to attend the Australian MTV awards function.
A special mention for these fans; they had been waiting for up to 48 hours at the airport. Call it Nicole’s snobbishness, genuine fans were not satisfied and they had to return without her ’signature’.
