When it comes to nutrition, nothing beats a glass of milk. This is the message that Michelle Aguilar, the latest winner of Biggest Loser, is spreading through the latest Got Milk? ad campaign. Sporting the famous milk mustache, Michelle proudly shows her newly-attained figure and pledges her love for milk.
The ad reads,
What helped me finish strong? Milk. It’s a great choice after exercise with protein to help build muscle and a unique mix of nutrients to refuel. So drink 3 glasses of lowfat or fat free milk a day. It’s a win-win-win.
The latest campaign is a pleasant relief from the previous ones where we have seen celebrities who are already fit and fine. I feel Michelle’s ad proves the point with a greater impact. However, my favorite Got Milk? ad is still the one with Heidi Klum displaying her milk mustache. Which one is your favorite?

Which just goes to show that being rich and famous doesn’t NECESSARILY mean being terminally moronic. (Another notable exception is, of course, the ineffably sublime an fabulously intelligent Amy Winehouse).
I am handsome, a great sportsman, rich, highly intelligent and a dream lovemaker. (ALL my women have said so, so they can’t ALL be wrong. Even Paris Hilton agrees!). I am modest too.
And all this is because of milk.
Yessiree, I have eaten two (or three) weetabix, a sliced banana, a little brown sugar and half a litre of milk
at least four days a week, since I was 14. I’m 16 now, so that makes a LONG time.
I invariably finish the litre of milk the same day.
But, what really made me realise just how visceral my need for milk is, is the (true this time) fact that after making love, nothing goes down (excuse the expression, but that’ll teach you to think dirty) better than a glass of cool milk. I really feel like I’m putting back in my body the energy I just spent.
Apart from that, milk is also used to make custard, the most sublime junk food on earth.
Seeya!!

Point to be noted!
