Will Smith is one of those actors who believe in dreaming with open eyes but what makes Smith stand apart from the crowd is his dedication to make his dreams come true. The latest fancy to strike this Hollywood actor is to play the role of President-elect Barack Obama in a Hollywood movie.
Smith was speaking at the premiere of his new film Seven Pounds at the Empire, Leicester Square, in London, when he made his desires open. The story is that Obama himself wants Smith to take up his role, if someone decides to make a film on his life. And we all know that Smith is all spirits for Obama. So, his answer is not surprising at all. He said,
If I am ordered by my commander in chief to star in a film about him, I will do my duty as an American.
Well, I pray that someone takes the initiative and announces a film so that we are treated to a fabulous performance by Smith. I’ve seen him play Mohammed Ali and now I can’t wait to see him as Obama. Hit the jump to watch the video.
